What payment methods do we accept?

When placing an order through our website checkout. - Payments are Securely Processed through Paypal or Credit/Debit Card. We Also Have Multiple Options To Buy Now & Pay Later such as Clearpay & Laybuy

Do you offer a Click & Collect?

We currently offering a click and collect service from HA9. This can be chosen at checkout. Collection from Wembley. Orders will be processed the same or next day.


Each Product will have Sizing within the Description. Please Measure Your Pet before placing an order. Each product Size varies due to fabrics and style so please check measurements. 

How Do I Measure My Pet?

For Outfits, the best way to measure is the widest part behind the front paws, ensuring that you allow a few Cm to cater for any Fur.

How often do you update your merchandise?

We Aim to Update our Merchandise Regularly, and Frequently with a Few Luxury Range Items as Core Stock.

Can I get Express Delivery?

What is your return policy?

We Currently Are Trialling Different Shipping Methods. We Have a 'Standard' Shipping Method Where We Aim to Get Your Paws Boutique Parcel to You within 3-5 Working Days. Most Parcels are currently being delivered through Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class. However this may vary from time to time to achieve the most optimum Shipping for your order!

We Hope That You Love Your Order! All our products go through a quality control before leaving us, they are lovingly packaged to ensure everything is perfect on arrival. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product please do get in touch within 24-hours of receiving the item and we will try our best to investigate and try to make things right where we can!

Please Note:

- Items On Sale/Mega Clearance will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

*- If you have contacted us and need to return an item for a refund. We will provide you with our Returns Address to post the item back to us (Recommend Tracked Shipping - so if the item is lost you are able to contact the carrier). You will incur a postage fee for the return. The item will be required to be sent out in its Original/Unused/Unaltered/Faulty Condition within 7 days (To allow a further 7 days for a return delivery). Once received items will be in touch with the next steps.

- Some Items May be Excluded From Returns Due to Hygiene Reasons Please Check Item Info.

-Original shipping fees paid by buyer will still apply on orders being refunded. If Ordered during a Free Shipping event, the cost of shipping will be deducted prior to processing the refund.

- Some Items are made from delicate materials and therefore please ensure considering your Pets temperament as we are unable to take liability for items damaged due to behavioural issues/misuse.
